Community volunteers serving on municipal conservation advisory councils (CACs),natural resource committees, open space committees and climate smart task forces(CSCs) play important roles by advising local boards and agencies on matters related to the environment. This event will feature:presentations on resources, grants, free technical support, and opportunities available presentations from local communities on their projects and initiatives networking and sharing information among neighboring communities.
This meeting is taking place at the Rensselaer County Office Building, Legislative Chambers, located at 99 Troy Road, second floor, East Greenbush NY 12061.
Municipal offiicals and individuals interested in forming new CACs are encouraged to attend.
