This fun class will provide information on plant-based protein and nutrients as well as instruction on preparing delicious recipes. We’ll learn about plant-sourced proteins and the value of fiber proteins and micro- and macronutrients, then prepare simple dishes together. Recipes will be selected with an eye toward wise budgeting and good taste. A recipe list and tips will be provided closer to the class if you would like to cook along.
