Join EFNEP for 6 FREE hands-on nutrition classes! Adults and caregivers of children age 19 years or younger and adults 18-25 years. Learn to stretch your food dollars $$ and try recipes that your family will love. MyPlate will guide our discussions for making healthy food choices.  Space is limited, pre registration is required.
