2024 Annual Meeting and Dinner

Tuesday, November 12, 2024, 5:30 PM - 9:00 PM

The Board of Directors and Staff are honored to invite you to attend our 107th Annual Meeting and Dinner being held at Hilton Garden Inn, 235 Hoosick Road, Troy, NY 12180.

-   Social Time 5:30 -5:50 pm, cash bar available
-   The Annual Meeting will begin at 5:50 pm to include the announcements of our 2025               elections and voting on our updated constitution.
-   Buffet Dinner (with vegetarian and gluten-free options) begins at 6:00 pm
-   Recognition of Volunteers to follow dinner. ( Buffet Dinner – salad, soup, 2 entrees, 2 hot sides and dessert - $50 per person)

The Annual Meeting portion of the evening is open to everyone without charge.

If you would like to attend our dinner, please return reservation slip with payment by November 7, 2024 to Cornell Cooperative Extension Rensselaer County, 99 Troy Road, Suite 203, East Greenbush, NY 12061.
