The beautiful coniferous tree greenery that decks the halls throughout December is undoubtedly one of the best parts about the holidays. Selecting the right greens to craft with and harvesting them sustainably plays an important role in this process. This program will teach you how to properly select trees and collect them for future projects, as well as how to make your own greenery candle ring to take home for the holidays.
Winter Fair is happening at the same time so there is something for everyone in the family to do! Winter Fair is a free event open to youth ages 5+, youth will make take home projects lead by 4-H teens and participate in a community service activity.
