Discover how conservation advisory councils (CACs) and environmental commissions support local land use decision-making, conservation, and quality of life for residents in their communities. This Zoom session will cover committee roles, funding opportunities, and technical assistance, featuring Christine Vanderlan from the Hudson River Estuary Program and Lauren Oertel from the Capital District Regional Planning Commission. Attending committees will be invited to share their work briefly.
