Pruning is an art, skill, and practice. Join Cornell Cooperative Extension Master Garden Bob Sherwood for a discussion of why we prune woody plants and how it is done. Using plants found in the Demonstration Garden, Bob will demonstrate how to make a proper cut, the use of various pruning tools, how to decide what to remove, and much more. Be prepared to walk around the garden.
FREE admission. No registration necessary. These programs will be held at The Demonstration Garden at the Robert C. Parker School, 4254 Route 43, Wynantskill, (North Greenbush) 12198.
