Cornell Cooperative Extension Rensselaer County is accepting bids for the sale of the following property as-is:

2012 Hyundai Elantra Touring vehicle, 72,000 miles. Please note that this vehicle will require replacement of the electronic steering column assembly.

Conditions of Sale:

-Only sealed bids will be considered

-Bids will be opened and decision to accept or reject will be made by an extension association committee and/or the association treasurer.

-Only definite and specific amounts in terms of dollars will be accepted as an offer.

-A certified check must be delivered to the extension association before the property is removed.

-Any or all bids may be rejected by the extension association.

-No guarantee on the property is implied.

-The property must be removed within 10 work days of the acceptance of the bid offer.

-All bids must include the dollar amount of the bid, name, address and signature of the bidder and date.

-All bids must be submitted to the Treasurer, Cornell Cooperative Extension Rensselaer, at 99 Troy Road, Suite 203, East Greenbush, New York 12061 on or before February 23rd, 2026.
