Healthy Cooking Demonstrations for Seniors

We are bringing free healthy cooking demonstrations to senior centers across the county this March. Healthy Living Educator Nikola will lead a interactive food demos at Schodack Senior Center on March 2nd. Participants will learn simple, nutritious recipes and receive free samples to taste. All seniors are welcome to attend.
