We are bringing free healthy cooking demonstrations to senior centers across the county. Healthy Living Educator Nikola will lead an interactive food demo at the Grafton Senior Center. Participants will learn simple, nutritious recipes and receive free samples to taste. All seniors are welcome to attend.
