Healthy Cooking Demonstrations for Seniors

We are bringing free healthy cooking demonstrations to senior centers across the county this July. Healthy Living Educator Nikola will lead an interactive food demo at Hoosick Falls Senior Center on July 17th. Participants will learn simple, nutritious recipes and receive free samples to taste. All seniors are welcome to attend.
