Healthy Cooking Demonstrations for Seniors Schodack Senior Center

We are bringing free healthy cooking demonstrations to senior centers across the county this July. Healthy Living Educator Nikola will lead a interactive food demos at Schodack Senior Center on July 13th . Participants will learn simple, nutritious recipes and receive free samples to taste. All seniors are welcome to attend.
