Healthy Cooking Demonstrations for Seniors Schodack Senior Center

We are bringing free healthy cooking demonstrations to senior centers across the county this September. Healthy Living Educator Nikola will lead interactive food demos at the Schodack Senior Center on Septtember 14th. Participants will learn simple, nutritious recipes and receive free samples to taste. All seniors are welcome to attend.
