Healthy Cooking Demonstrations for Seniors Schodack Senior Center

We are bringing free healthy cooking demonstrations to senior centers across the county this August. Healthy Living Educator Nikola will lead interactive food demos at the Schodack Senior Center on August 3rd. Participants will learn simple, nutritious recipes and receive free samples to taste. All seniors are welcome to attend.
