Healthy Cooking Demonstrations for Seniors at the East Greenbush Senior Center

We are bringing free healthy cooking demonstrations to senior centers across the county this July. Healthy Living Educator Nikola will lead an interactive food demo at the East Greenbush Senior Center on July 22nd. Participants will learn simple, nutritious recipes and receive free samples to taste. All seniors are welcome to attend.
