“Discover The Joy of Growing Dahlias,” Wednesday, August 5, from 7 to 8 PM.Dahlias come in a myriad of colors, shapes and forms, creating delicious eye candy in the summer garden.Our dahlia-loving Master Gardeners will show you beautiful examples while they discuss how to wake the plants, harvest blooms, grow new plants from seeds and cuttings, and successfully store the tubers for winter.
FREE admission. No registration necessary. These programs will be held at The Demonstration Garden at the Robert C. Parker School, 4254 Route 43, Wynantskill, (North Greenbush) 12198. Rain/inclement weather at the program start may cancel the program. Limited seating is provided; please bring your own lawn chair.
