2026 Annual Meeting and Dinner

• Monday, November 9, 2026, 5:30 PM - 9:00 PM

The Board of Directors and Staff are honored to invite you to attend our 109th Annual Meeting and Dinner being held at Hilton Garden Inn, 235 Hoosick Road, Troy, NY 12180.  

-   Social Time 5:30 -5:50 pm, cash bar available
-   The Annual Meeting will begin at 5:50 pm to include the announcements of our 2027                             elections and voting on our updated constitution.
-   Buffet Dinner (with vegetarian and gluten-free options) begins at 6:15 pm
-   Recognition of Volunteers along with a short program from our 4-H Teens to follow dinner. ( Buffet Dinner – salad, soup, 3 entrees, 3 hot sides, and dessert - $50 per person)

The Annual Meeting portion of the evening is open to everyone without charge.

If you are a Rensselaer County resident and would like to receive a ballot, please contact our office at (518) 272-4210. 

If you would like to attend our dinner, please return the reservation slip with payment by October 30th, 2026 to Cornell Cooperative Extension Rensselaer County, 99 Troy Road, Suite 203, East Greenbush, NY 12061.

Meeting is free to attend, $50.00 per person for dinner
